The living room also has a plush L-shaped couch, wood-burning fireplace with gas start and flat screen SMART TV with Surround Sound. Off of the living room, there’s a wet bar area, the 4th bedroom with Queen bed and Streaming TV, and a 4th full bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a double oven, built-in gas range, new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and tile countertops. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and has table seating for six plus three more bellied up at the kitchen bar. If you head through the dining room and out the back stairs, you’ll come to the bonus room! Large 2 room area has a full-size pool table, electronic dart board, basketball hoop and other games for you to enjoy! This room also has a mounted TV and bistro table. Front deck is typically off limits in winter months due to snow load.
