6 to 8 MONTHS PREFFERED @ $3,000 per month rent + $400 per month for estimated utilities

(Includes: Estimated Water/Sewer, Estimated Weekly Trash Collection Service, CSA Damage Plan Coverage with $3,000 Benefit, Booking Fee, Estimated Natural Gas Service and Electricity Service (differences in actual bills will be credited to or debited from the deposit at the lease term))

TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS:

PAYMENT: Rent & utilities for this property may be paid in advance for a lower deposit or may be paid monthly.

NO PETS: This home does not allow pets of any kind.

SMOKING:   No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building

RENTERS INSURANCE: Tenant is required to carry Renter’s Insurance for entire term.

NO HOUSEKEEPING:  Monthly housekeeping services are NOT included but may be added at the Tenant’s request.

SNOW REMOVAL:  All snow removal at the property is the responsibility of the Tenant. Inquire with Agent if driveway snowplow services are something you'd like to add.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

• No washing machine or clothes dryer. There is more than one coin laundry available under 1 mile from the home.
• No access to/use of the attached garage.
• Two other units in complex that will be VACANT during the ski lease
• No bear box for trash. Trash must be put out curbside on pickup day each week.
• No internet or cable. Tenant to secure their own services if desired.

Centrally located cabin in downtown Kings Beach. Easy walk to the bus or to jump on the highway. Plenty of flat, unpaved parking.  Fully fenced yard. Home is in walking distance to beach and shops!  The kitchen is nicely remodeled kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, gas range and full-sized fridge. This is a multi-unit property but, neither of the other units will be occupied this winter.  Tenant has use of 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (no garage or laundry). Fully furnished home with two queen beds and a pullout.  

Owner is ideally looking for a full-time Tenant / local workers to occupy and care for the space this winter season but, we are open to folks visiting from other areas too.
