Gas and electricity services are transferred to the Tenant and are paid directly to the service provider by the Tenant.

BALANCE OF THE ENTIRE SKI LEASE + DEPOSIT IS DUE IN ADVANCE OF MOVE-IN.

TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS:

PETS: This home may consider pets. See Agent for restrictions, fees and other details.

SMOKING:   No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building

RENTERS INSURANCE: Tenant is required to carry Renter’s Insurance for entire term.

HOUSEKEEPING:  Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month)

SNOW REMOVAL:  Driveway snowplow services are estimated and limited to contract terms. The actual cost may be adjusted when the plow contract is on file for the season. Snow removal (shoveling) required to gain access to the rental (via walkways, stairs, etc.) must be maintained by the Tenant.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Comfortable and cozy family home located in upper Tahoe Vista near the cross-county skiing area at the North Tahoe Regional Park. Easy drive down to the lake or to any of the north shore's ski resorts. 

Vaulted ceilings and large windows in the living room allow for a great deal of natural light and make the space feel open and inviting. The large woodstove provides a warm cozy ambiance when in use. Home amenities also include a full kitchen, wireless internet with broadband service and basic expanded cable.

Home has three bedrooms and a loft for additional sleeping. All beds are queens, including the loft. The master bedroom is in the back corner of the house and has a TV with cable, peek-a-view of the lake and en-suite bathroom that's been recently remodeled. The second bedroom is in the middle of the hall downstairs and has a view of the back yard. Bedroom number three is near the shared bathroom (also recently remodeled) and closest to the kitchen. 

The loft stairs are in front of the kitchen and separate it from the living area. The loft is simple and just has one queen bed and two custom bookshelves filled with books of all type.

Parking for two vehicles in the property's driveway. Close to many ski resorts and favorite beaches, shops and restaurants! Pets are welcome!
