The entire home, located on about .3 acres of land on a corner lot is up for rent. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with the last one being located above the garage right off of the kitchen as a more independent, loft style bedroom. One bathroom is located on the second floor and the other is on the main level. We are pet friendly and even offer a fenced yard with an attached doggy door on the back door. The front door has yale lock which means you will not need to carry around extra keys - all you type in is a code to get in and out. Washer and dryer are located in the garage which is right off of the kitchen. The garage can comfortably fit one car and offers some extra storage for any other personal items and comes with a garage door opener. There is another shed in the backyard that offers additional space to store items if necessary. No smoking allowed inside the house. The house is unfurnished and does not have an HOA.
