I'm posting the opportunity to take over my lease for a furnished 1b1b, more than 500+ sq ft, at Stadium Place Apartments for the summer! Stadium Place is a very reputable and modern complex located right next to campus in Downtown Berkeley. It is a very modern place furnished with a beautiful kitchen, and some incredible amenities right downstairs.

It is also very close to both campus and Downtown, around a 5 minute walk to the BART and adjacent to a cluster of bus stops! Perfect for two friends or a couple to move in, enough room to squeeze in a third (as I did once), and works even better as a single.

I live here with a roommate currently, and it is furnished by Stadium place. It will come with two beds + mattresses, two study desks and office chairs, two couches (one large), drawers, and some extra tables! I will also provide it with the necessary amenities for a smooth move-in if needed.

This will be from early June to August, exact dates are negotiable. I will also be transferring the lease, which means that you're free to extend the lease if availability allows!

Rent: Stadium Place sets the price, so it will be around $1500 per person if 2 people are living here. As I am the one offering however, negotiation is welcome!
Amenities: Gym and study lounge right down stairs, along with a community TV, pool table, foosball table, etc. LuxerOne package delivery system keeps packages secure, there's a rooftop lounge in case you'd like to hang out, and there is a beautiful courtyard with fancy propane grills free to use..
Housing Type: Apartment (5-floor building).
Move-in Date: Preferred Late May - Early June!
Other details: Huge furnished laundry room in unit. Safety is not a concern as the whole complex is secured with Latch. Never had problems with losing packages here before, the area nearby is great and is the perfect intersection between Downtown and Campus. Utilities wise, you only gotta pay PG&E, then a flat fee that covers everything else. Message me for more details!

The unit will be fully cleaned out and will be close to how it looked like originally if you take over the lease, so these tours will be more indicative of the unit. There isn't any tours for unit A2, but these are almost identical.
