One year's lease starting on 7/1/25 and $500.00 security deposit for each tenant upon signing of lease. I am looking to rent house to a cohesive, responsible, and mature group of 4 (5 maximum) Cal Poly students who know each other well and will only rent out to a group, not individual rooms to random students.
