The Wedgewood is a one-bedroom open kitchen living area townhome. The furnishings are included, but we can remove any of the unwanted furnishings.
The unit is part of a 4-plex, located on 10 acres, the place feels like home in the country, but close to all necessities. We are 2 to 3 miles from Center St. in Kyle, on the west side of IH35. We are one mile from IH35. The property has it's on back porch and a storage closet. Your parking has two spaces, is located right in front of your unit, with other spots available if needed. The unit has washer/dryer in unit, full-size kitchen, all appliances, living area, bedroom, large bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also an open backyard. All flower beds and lawn are maintained by owner. Work info/history, credit and a background check is required. We will also do a one-year lease agreement. The utilities have a monthly set fee of $245 this includes all utilities and no deposits for utilities. The rental is available thru the owners.
