Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single family home is located on the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Public sound access is just a few steps from your front door, which makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze, and the beach access is a block away. This property is truly the best of both worlds! Upon entering the home, you are instantly welcomed with cheerful décor that boasts neutral sea tones and an open floor plan! The living area has a large comfy sectional and flat screen smart TV. There is a large kitchen table that can expand if desired and bar seating that leads you into the beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3-4 vehicles. Garage is not included, but owner will consider.
Pet Policy: Dogs negotiable pending approval with a limit of 2 animals per booking. Fees apply.
Prohibited: Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
Owner will consider well trained, house broken dogs with associated fees and deposit.
