Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
DESCRIPTION:
The main living level of “Cardwell” has a large living-dining area with cathedral ceilings. A series of sliding glass doors wrap the home to allow natural light to flood the living space and showcase the picturesque views beyond. The kitchen and bathrooms have been lightly updated to make a comfortable space to prepare home cooked meals for the family. A large dining table provides ample seating and opens to the main living space that is furnished with plenty of seating options. Just off the kitchen is a small multi-purpose room that includes a bunk bed (twin over twin), half bathroom, and laundry facilities.
Down the hall on the main living level is a full bathroom that serves the nearby guest room that is furnished with two beds, a twin, and a queen. This guest room has a large sliding glass door that leads to the ocean side deck and offers a nice view of the ocean. The primary suite is located at the end of the hall and features a lush kind sized bed, walk in closet, dual vanity, walk in shower, and gives direct access to the wraparound porch. Wake up each morning to the waves crashing and palms blowing in the soft breeze.
A spiral staircase located in the living room gives this home unique character and leads to the top floor where there are three additional bedrooms.
