AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2025 - April 30, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to September 2026 - April 2027 rental.

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy the “Bayview” and watching the sailboats pass by at this conveniently located 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower floor condo. Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, and a small family-owned grocery store. The covered deck provides a great outdoor dining space with partial views of the Intracoastal waterway. An open concept floor plan with hardwood floors welcomes you into this lovely property. The living room has sliding glass doors that connect to the deck outside and has ample seating. Down the hall you have a full bathroom with a combination shower tub that services the guest bedrooms and any visitors. There is a twin bedroom that has two free standing twin beds. A second guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The master is at the end of the hall with a cozy queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property.

Parking: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles in gravel parking area.
Prohibited: Smoking, Golf carts, Students, Boat trailers and RV’s. Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
