Searching for roommates in our Gilbert home! We are all women aged 23, 26, and 32 and looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and responsible.
- Rent of $950 monthly includes all utilities, internet, use of the pool, and some streaming services are available on the common area TV's
- There will be a collie and one cat living in the home, no other free roaming animals please. A caged animal or a fish tank may be approved on an individual basis. The collie is a very sweet, well behaved dog that does not bark. Cat is very friendly.
- Single occupancy per room only.
- Credit and background checks will be required with application.
- First and last month's rent deposit will be required before moving in for a total of $1,900. Deposit is refundable upon return of room in original condition.
