We are seeking an ideal tenant who shares the same preference for tranquility and cleanliness.
The house is located in a safe neighborhood and boasts a spacious backyard, providing plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. As for utilities, water, garbage, Wi-Fi, and streaming services such as Hulu, Prime, and Netflix are all inclusive. However, for PG&E, there is a cap of $150, with any amount exceeding it to be split equally between tenants.
To maintain the cleanliness of the home, we have a mandatory cleaning service that visits once a month. The service fee is $60 per visit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this arrangement, I would be more than happy to discuss it further.
