Terms and rates vary depending on the length of rental and the exact months. No smoking is allowed. All utilities included. 1 Small dog is okay upon approval. Pets are not permitted to be left alone for long periods and are not allowed on the furniture. $400 Cleaning Fee. Security deposit or forced damage insurance is required and paid for by renter.
