Guests are welcome to use the Fairways community swimming pool and putting green. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably, plus there is a double futon in the family room, if needed. No pets living in the home and no pets permitted.
Please note that the garage is off limits, but tenant may park one car in the driveway. and use the community parking lot. Also, there are 2 Smart TVs and Wi-Fi but no cable.
