For this apartment, the tenant pays electricity with Indiana Michigan Power. This can easily be set up online and set to autopay. For this building, each unit's monthly electric bill is usually $45-$60 a month.

All tenants in the building must have a clean background check with no violent or drug related criminal record in the last 3 years and no evictions in the last 3 years.

Anyone applying must have proof of income - at least 3x the rent ($1800 per month)

$45 application fee / background check that will show us credit score and criminal record. We take the safety of our tenants very seriously, so there are no exceptions to having a clean record.
