The pictures are not of this exact unit, but another apartment in the same building that is very similar. Upstairs unit with 1 bedroom and a large dining room that is used as a 2nd bedroom. No washer/dryer on site. This apartment includes the garage in the ally behind the house

For this apartment, the tenant pays electricity with Indiana Michigan Power. This can easily be set up online and set to autopay. For this building, each unit's monthly electric bill is usually $45-$55. All tenants in the building must have a clean background check with no criminal record in the last 3 years and no evictions in the last 3 years.

Anyone applying must have proof of income - at least 3x the rent ($2100 per month)

$45 application fee / background check that will show us credit score and criminal record. We take the safety of our tenants very seriously, so there are no exceptions to having a clean record.
