Hello,

Due to unforeseen circumstances I need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. Lease ends December 14th but you can easily renew after that. Apartment is located at Bridge park on Longshore St, in beautiful Dublin.
Rent is $1650 and that includes $50 reserved parking, you can easily opt out of that if you want.
It is pet friendly and very safe.
Also non smoking building
Electric is through AEP.
You get a free membership for Mesh Fitness which is a great gym.
You also get discounts for most restaurants and fitness classes located in Bridge Park.
There's a beautiful park across from the apartment and trails if you enjoy the outdoors!
