Two bedroom home in a friendly park, Falcon Park. The home has a spacious feel with the living room opening up to the kitchen. Better than an apartment since you don't have to share walls with anyone, and you can park right next to your front door!

The home has a large covered deck with a view of Pike's Peak and plenty of space for lounge chairs. There is also a large shed right next to the home, great for storage. Driveway parking for two cars off the street. Washer & dryer (full size units) are already included for personal use.

Pet friendly home and park. Dogs cannot exceed 15" from ground to top of shoulder per park rules; certain breed restrictions apply.

Rent includes the Falcon Park lot fee and trash service. Tenants pay water to the park, and gas & electric directly to Colorado Springs Utilities.

Applications can be done online or on paper. A copy of the most recent income verification will be required.
