Security Deposit is generally $2,350.00 IF credit score(s) meet the minimum credit score requirement (620 or higher), rental history is good and verified, and total monthly income meet the minimum total monthly income requirements (3.5x monthly rent.... ie. 3.5x$2350= $8,225.00). If approved, the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure and remove the home from the market.
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
NO housing vouchers are accepted for this rental.
Tenant pays all utilities (water, electric, and gas (if applicable), etc.) and landscaping.
APPLICATION INFORMATION & FEES:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. EVERY person 18 or older is REQUIRED to place a SEPARATE application.
There is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.

This home can only be held for a lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is approved (if applicable).
ACCEPTANCE IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING 3 REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BY THE OWNERS:
3.5x the rent in total (combined) monthly income (i.e. 3.5x$2350.00= $8,225.00)
Credit scores of 620 or higher
Verified and approved rental history/ownership with no outstanding unpaid rent/mortgage and no evictions in the last 5 years.
