University Towers

Welcome to University Towers, an elevated student living experience, ideally located directly across from ISU’s main entrance! We offer two, three, and four bedroom units with all of the amenities you would ever look for in your living quarters. Our units are fully furnished and include a full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, walk-in closet and an individually keyed bedroom door. Through its trademarked “Next Level of Student Housing®” program, Gilbane Development Company has completed or is currently developing more than 5,300 beds of student housing.
