The room is on upper level, has big closet. The potential tenant will share a full bath, a half bath, living room and the kitchen with 1 other tenant. The location and proximity to the major road and locations is great, especially for those who work or study in Rockville, Bethesda or Silver Spring. The area is very quiet, clean, and safe environment. The community has, outdoor swimming pool, running and biking trails. It is located 5 minutes by bus from the Glenmont Metro station. Across the street there is a small convenient shopping center; Aldi, CVS, McDonald and other commodities. Strictly no smoking no heavy drinkers/drugs, etc with zero tolerance. I am only looking for someone responsible and respectful, with good cleaning habits.
