Welcome to our charming loft retreat, conveniently located just 5 minutes from Falls Lake, and within easy reach of I-540, downtown Raleigh, and Wake Forest, this idyllic retreat offers both tranquility and convenience.

This spacious loft sleeps up to two four and features two loft spaces - an upstairs 2nd floor studio dwelling with a queen size bed, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a lower-level loft with two queen sized beds and spacious den area. The kitchen includes ample counter and cabinet space as well as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven range, and a variety of small kitchen appliances and accessories.

There are two common areas that can be scheduled for use by the tenants - an outdoor firepit with playground and an entertainment room with games, projector and food/prep kitchen eating area.
There is also a swimming pool available to guests between the months of May & September.

Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 8 am daily
Pet & Security deposit required and based on length of stay
Smoking strictly prohibited inside any buildings
