Enjoy a meal on the deck before entering through a custom wood front door. Kitchen with stainless steel LG appliances, bar stools at the peninsula allows you to eat or talk with the chef. Adjacent is the bathroom and has both a shower head, and handheld sprayer. New shelves put items close and are a nice aesthetic.
Left of the entrance is a couch that converts to a queen bed. An LG TV sits on a media cabinet in front of blackout drapes over the front window. Behind the couch is the bedroom with a queen wood storage bed and 2 nightstands. A mirrored closet provides storage.
The 14-foot ceiling provides good air circulation. Lights are all LED.
Downstairs is the laundry room and covered outdoor patio plus some furniture. The wrap-around yard has a garden with herbs, flowers and stepping stones. Lights on the driveway and wall turn on at sunset.
