In the living room, you will find a pull out sleeper sofa, in case you have a guests for a short visit. There's a covered porch with chairs & a fenced in patio with a cute loveseat rocker. There is also a gas grill. The community pool is close by, as are plenty of activities including a ropes course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Quick drive to market common and the airport. This is a mid-term rental, fully furnished. Subject to accommodation tax and a cleaning fee ($350). Preferred tenant will fall into the "good" credit score category, will generate 2x the rental rate, no current, dangerous or theft-related criminal history, no evictions, & can provide rental references. We reserve the right to deny locals who do not have proof of permanent housing.
