The neighborhood is friendly, safe and quiet. It is close to downtown Berkeley [10-15 min walk to downtown, Berkeley Central or North Berkeley BART].
Included in the rent is garbage, water and gas plus access to my internet; however, electricity is not included and the unit has a separate meter.
Street parking is available without zoning requirements.
A 2 to 3 rent-to-income ratio is needed.
A credit score of 750 and above is desired.
