Welcome to the Jasmine Retreat, a serene hideaway tucked within the historic Theodore Gaillard House in Charleston’s desirable Harleston Village. Located on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of this beautifully restored 1816 residence, this home offers a unique blend of historic character and modern comfort.

This spacious multi-level apartment features a relaxed, open layout with high ceilings and classic architectural details throughout. The living area includes a large sectional sofa and flows easily into a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a central island with seating for four, and an adjacent dining space perfect for casual meals or entertaining.

Each of the three bedrooms includes a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry area, a half bath on the main floor, and access to a private piazza—an ideal spot to enjoy the Charleston breeze.

Please note that the home is accessed via multiple flights of stairs; an elevator is available, but guests must sign a waiver prior to use. Two off-street parking spaces are provided, and a small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee.

- Dogs less than 50 pounds can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- Please note, if you are staying at this property for more than one month, monthly cleanings are required at the expense of the tenant. The monthly cleaning fee is $300
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
