It located next to the nature preserve yet close to the main roads and most of the village's restaurants/ attractions. Detached 2 cars garage and off-street parking available. No neighbors. Hardwood floors are through the house, a laundry hook-ups, a stove and refrigerator.
Must have a verifiable family income of minimum $4,000. Future renters have to have a proof of current employment, at least 6 consecutive months. Also have to provide names and phone numbers of current employer and landlord.
The security deposit of $2,500 and first month's payment should be presented before signing a lease and moving in.
The tenants would be responsible for paying gas and electricity bills (monthly) and a water bill (quarterly). The landlord is paying garbage and Northshore reclamation bills.
The tenants would be responsible for taking care of the lawn and snow removal.
