Fully furnished (Room) for rent inside of this house you have "No" bills just one flat fee each month of ($725.00) if your late paying your rent after the 5th of the month you must pay a late fee of ($50.00) the kitchen & living room & bath is the common area... there's Only one "room" left...Bus Stop is frequent & its only one block away from the house (you must have a security deposit of ($350.00) which is Half of the monthly rent & yes you do get it back when you move out..as long as the room is in the same condition that it was given to you in when you first moved into it & you notify your Landlord 30days in advance that your moving out/sorry "no" pets & only one person can live in that room There's No Smoking&No cooking but you do have access to the Refrigerator & a patio area to enjoy no extra refrig in your room
