The Rosewood townhome/6mos or 1yr lease

The Rosewood is a two-bedroom open kitchen living area townhome. The unit has washer/dryer in unit, full-size kitchen, all appliances included, living area, two bedrooms, walk in closets, two bathroom sinks, two toilets and a shared walk in shower. The furnishings are included, but we can remove any of the unwanted furnishings. The unit is part of a 4-plex, located on 10 acres, the place feels like home in the country, but close to all necessities. We are 2 to 3 miles from Center St. in Kyle, on the west side of IH35. We are one mile from IH35. The unit has it's on back porch, open backyard and a storage closet. Your parking has two spaces, is located right in front of your unit, with other spots available if needed. All flower beds and lawn are maintained by owner. Work info/history, credit and a background check is required. We can also do a one-year lease agreement. The utilities have a monthly set fee of $300. The rental is available thru the owners.
