The Redwoods Apartment community welcomes you! Find your home nested in a sanctuary of Redwood Trees and greenery, just around the corner from one of Modesto’s best known, Creekside Golf Course. This community is secluded away from noise, yet just a walk or short drive from all of your shopping needs, entertainment, freeways, and schools.

Our pet friendly one, two, and three bedrooms  include a separate dining room area, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar that allows for a perfect patio view, and a large glass sliding door that opens to the lovely patio. Each apartment home includes three closets in addition to the closet space in each room . Extra storage is located on the patio as well. The master bedroom in each two and three bedroom apartment has its own private vanity and bathroom area.

We love to offer convenience and an extra dose of comfort to our valued residents. Each apartment home is equipped with all of the major kitchen appliances. Additionally, you will have a large, double-sided sink in your kitchen for comfortable, convenient, and fun cooking. Each dining room comes with a ceiling fan and comfortable lighting for a real home dining experience. Just outside of our immaculate pool, our residents can take a short walk to grab a beverage from one of our two vending machines.

As a resident of Redwoods Apartments, you will have your water, sewer and garbage bill paid for. You will not have to worry about a gas bill, as our complex runs on electricity only. You may find this is the place to be for the home life you desire!
