The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom for added convenience while the second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work. There is a bathroom just off of the second bedroom which is accessed from the hallway. For your laundry needs, find a full size washer dryer tucked away in the entryway closet.

- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.

• Up to $15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
• Up to $30 per person: Friday and Saturday
Note: No Rolling or Duffel side luggage on-site. Pre-register with Bag Valet for CHS International Airport pickup or check your luggage on site at The Wonderer with a per bag fee.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
