The Mansion at 1022 G

Welcome to the beautifully restored Victorian mansion, 1022 G Street, specifically designed for professionals and creatives. One of Sacramento's first co-living spaces, the 1022 G Street Mansion, has undergone an extensive renovation thoughtfully finished by our in-house interior designer, Carrie. Each floor spans over 2,800 SQFT and is separate from other units.

You'll be sharing your floor with six roommates. Each room is generously sized, bright, and private, many with historic trim dating back to the early 1900s. A bi-weekly cleaning service is included along with all other utilities for a flat $95 fee. Monthly prices start at $1,195 and include furnished and non-furnished options. Non-smoking, no pets.
