The Laken

The Laken Apartments are 2 bedroom apartments and accomodates 2-3 students. Utilities are included (Heat, Electric, Water, Sewage and Garbage). They are fully furnished with couch, chair, coffee table, 2 end-tables, kitchen table and chairs, stove, refrigerator, and a bed and a desk with chair in each bedroom. Each apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting and are equipped with Washer/Dryer hook-ups (Yes, we do have washer/dryers available), curtain rods, and [new] shower curtain with rod, and have plenty of cupboard and shelving space in the kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has phone, internet and cable hook-ups in the living room and both bedrooms.
