1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.

2. Security Deposit Equivalent to 1 Month's Rent.

3. Security Deposit of 1 Month's rent.

4. Pets are allowed / Dogs on a Case-by-case basis. 1 time $300 deposit and $30 / monthly fee.

5. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage depending on usage.

6. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
