The Hampton Studio is quiet, modern, charming place surrounded by woods and the sound of the falls.

The Hampton Studio is located at the top of a hill at end of a dead end street in charming Lynchburg. It was newly remodeled. 2024 and has all new furnishings with antiques sprinkled in. It's heated, cooled and kept dry by a mini split system. Beyond the woods you see out your kitchen window, is the Blackwater Creek Falls located at Hollins Mill Park which hosts the Black water Creek Trail System. It's great way to spend a lazy afternoon walking to town to enjoy a cold beer and snacks at the Water Dog and many other great little local spots.

The neighborhood is working class folks, most of whom own their homes and keep it nice. Friendly, neighborly people who support each other. You share a parking pad with your upstairs house mate, and have private access to your studio. The king size bed is comfortable and the tv can be viewed from the living room or sleeping area.

We choose tenants who have similar shifts so sleeping is easy for you and the studio can be made dark and cozy.
