The Cambria model offers an open living room floor plan, easy for entertaining and dividing the bedrooms making the ideal roommate situation. Full size washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen area making it easily accessible for all. The Cambria is offered first and second floor, and offered in all buildings. The second floor location offers balcony space and a living cathedral ceiling.

Our Dakota floor plan offers larger square footage, with a corner fireplace accenting the living room and dining room, a large kitchen with ample counter space for cooking and entertaining, and a large closet in both bedrooms. A deck area is located right off the dining room making your dining area that much larger in nice summer months. The Dakota is offered first through third floor, and available in all buildings.
