Two of which are great, all are unexpected! But since you're here for a first-floor apartment with a modern kitchen (dishwasher bliss), and ample closet space- let's start here, on Wisconsin Avenue!
Also included is a one-car detached and covered garage with automatic door opener and a full size washer/dryer set that's shared with one other apartment! Street parking is also available.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
