The bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a queen-size bed, a TV, and a closet for all your storage needs. The spacious bathroom is shared and includes a vanity and a tub/shower combo, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

For your convenience, the suite also includes a full-size washer and dryer, making it an excellent choice for longer stays. One off-street parking space is provided, located just around the corner, offering easy access to your vehicle.

- Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.

• Additional Cost: Apr - Oct
• Up to $15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
• Up to $30 per person: Friday and Saturday

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
