We offer a whopping variety of six spacious floor plans each with 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom options which are partially furnished and boast private bedrooms for each student. Students will have an end table, large desk and chair, and a dresser (mattress and bed frame are not provided). The living area provides a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, and built-in TV stand. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

The Ballpark South offers a wide variety of recreational on-sight amenities that make for a well balanced and fun social environment. Monthly events range from pizza parties and karaoke nights to resume building classes and gaming tournaments. We also offer a 24-hour-state-of-the-art fitness center to ensure health and well being. The business center encourages peaceful, productive studying with a fully equipped computer lab and study centers.
