There is a dining table that seats four conveniently & a bar area in the kitchen as well. The couch pulls out to a comfortable full size bed, perfect for hosting overnight guests! Your guest's will also love the full bathroom that is attached to the living room. Tall grand ceilings & windows flood this room with natural light from all directions.
The massive second floor private porch is a whole other living space with a sectional couch, coffee table, and fun relaxing swinging chair. Entertain or simply enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather in this amazing space!
One off street parking space is included and is located in the driveway out front. Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 pet fee. Water, electric, internet & dedicated off-street parking included.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $275 upon signing the lease agreement.

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. It's a Walker’s Paradise. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, this neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Browns Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend stopping by for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious cookies and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants & bars. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. Folly Beach & the airport are only 11 miles away and Sullivan's Island beach is only 9 miles away.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
