Sunsets, Canal, Wonderful Weather in Paradise

This modern home is perfect for relaxing. A large pool and loads of space around the pool and under the lanai, with a dining table and many very comfortable chairs perfect for watching the sunsets. The master bedroom is large, with a king sized bed and a huge washroom and closet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are pleasantly decorated. The first sitting room is quiet and relaxing, with huge doors that open to the lanai and pool. The separate TV / living room is larger and looks out to the canal if you're not watching the huge modern TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has stools for those wanting to sit at the huge granite counter while someone prepares dinner! There is a table with chairs in the kitchen but there's also a separate dining room.
The pool is heated. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. There are beach toys and there are also bicycles and kayaks but a release of responsibility is needed.
