Private bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and the primary suite has a large canyon view with a deck. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & large windows provides an abundance of natural light.

Owner pays a cap for utilities. Pet fees apply. We work with insurance/relocation companies. No smoking. Security Deposit required and amount OCA. The current price is based on a 1-year lease. For leases shorter than 1 year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If applied, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
