Beautiful, sunny, entire upstairs floor of 1911 house directly across from J.L. Dorm on Broadway. Five (5) bedrooms plus front sun room and large living room. House is directly across from Tulane (Newcomb) campus on Broadway and one block from The Boot, sorority and frat houses.
Available June 1, 2025. One or two year Leases.
Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile baths and kitchen with breakfast room. Dishwasher, microwave, new stove, and new fridge. Ceiling fans throughout. Central A/C and heat. Washer (new as of June 2022) and dryer downstairs inside shared with ground floor tenants. Additional fridge in laundry room for use by tenants. No water from Katrina entered upstairs. Driveway shared by all tenants, but many do not have cars.
Looking for responsible students (grad students preferred) who want to live across the street from campus - (directly across from JL Dorm). Owner will handle repairs diligently and timely; owner expects tenants to take good care of the home.
Parking off street and in front of the house with residential parking permit from the City (inexpensive for students). No pets. No smoking.
Also, please understand that if you are undergrads, your parent(s) will have to co-sign lease, so please discuss the terms (and send them this link) so that they approve before I arrange a time to view the apts.
Please email me to arrange a time for you to visit the apartment. After you have seen the apt, if you want to move forward with the leasing process, I will need you to fill out a Rental Application and furnish a $50 application fee for each applicant.
