Building Move-In/Out:
- Moves must be coordinated with the Management Office. Due to loading dock and elevator constraints only one move is permitted in the building at any time, and time slots for moves are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Move-ins and move-outs must take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• No move-ins or move-outs are permitted holidays.
• A one-time, non-refundable, per unit move-in fee of $300.00 will be charged to cover administrative costs, exclusive use, and normal wear and tear of the common elements of Liberty Center. A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve the freight elevator and loading dock.
• To reserve the elevator, the move-in fee and security deposit checks must be provided to the Management
Office 72 hours prior to the move.
• Moves or deliveries through the lobby entrance or any doors other than the loading dock are expressly
prohibited.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges for the cost of the repair. Each unit owner is responsible for the proper removal of trash, debris, and crating boxes relating to the move-in or move-out, as well
as general clean-up of common elements such as hallways. Such items cannot be left in the loading dock.
