Please NOTE: This is a short-term (Jun-Aug) sublease only. The unit is already spoken for after August, so there is NO option to extend beyond the three month sublet.

• Location: Happy Valley — short walk to WWU and 10-minute drive to downtown Bellingham

Note: This unit is on the top floor of the buildings and there is no elevator so not super accessible for people who use a wheelchair.
