I resigned my lease last fall because I thought I would be staying in Athens for grad school, but my plans have changed since then.

The unit is fully furnished, has a Juliet balcony, and a spacious walk-in closet. The building offers a parking garage with covered parking and a gated entrance. Enjoy top-tier amenities, including a rooftop pool, sauna, courtyard with grills, racquetball court, yoga studio, full fitness center, golf simulator, and a gaming room with pool tables.

Rent is $1840/month. As an incentive, I will pay for the first month's rent!!!
Official move-in date is August 9th.

The lease is fully transferable, and the subleaser will sign directly with The Standard.
