Hello everyone! I am subleasing a master bedroom in a 2bd/2ba apartment at the Midtown Plaza (302 S First St, Champaign). The apartment is very close to campus and Green Street, making it an ideal location. The other occupant is a first-year CS PhD student.

It's a furnished apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a TV in the living room. It's a penthouse unit with a balcony and has the best views of Boneyard Creek in front of the building (picture attached). The base rent is $800 per month (DOWN FROM 920), and water, sewage, trash, recycling, and internet come out to $70 per month. Electricity is billed separately, and that comes out to approximately $25-50 per month, depending on the season.
