Sublease for Spring Term

Hi everyone, my roommate and I are subleasing our fully furnished 2x2 apartment at the Locale on Pensacola. We are studying abroad and need someone to take over our lease for the 2025 Spring Term and Summer Term. The rent is 1,069 plus utilities, however water bills are covered. The room is located in the hallway next to all the amenities on the 2nd floor and has a nice view of the pool. You will have the option to renew the lease for upcoming semesters and it is only a four minute drive from campus. It comes with these amenities:
