You'll be sharing a living room and a kitchen with two other roommates. I'm moving out on July 6, 2024, so the apartment will be available as soon as you complete your application and paperwork. The apartment is the closest building to the clubhouse/main office which offers a free workout room, free Computer Lab (Including printer), 2 pools, basketball court, sand volleyball court, tanning room, and a dog park nearby. It's just a 10-minute drive from Clemson University and a 6-minute drive from Southern Wesleyan University. The Cat Bus stops every 15 - 30 minutes, and the bus stop is a short walk from the apartment, ensuring easy and convenient transportation.
