o Employment must be verified by: W-2s, recent pay stubs (last 30 days), employer verification form completed by authorized individual, AND verbal confirmation from employer REQUIRED.
7. Rental History:
o Rental history for the past two addresses, with a minimum of two years required. No rental references from family or friends will be accepted.
o Rental verification form must be completed by an authorized individual for each prior rental property.
8. Criminal Background Check:
o Clean criminal background REQUIRED. No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
o No pending criminal charges or history of violent or sexual crime, drug-related offenses, or property damage.
9. References:
o Two references from non-family members, such as employers or professional associates, REQUIRED.
10. Under 18 Applicants:
• For applicants under 18, a Certificate of Live Birth or Birth Certificate must be submitted and listed on the application form.
11. Eviction, Judgment, or Filing History:
